01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

Regarding Deposits:

• The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

• Koin55 does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Any attempt to reverse a deposit transaction through a bank or payment provider without koin55's authorisation (chargeback) will be considered fraud and will result in account closure and appropriate legal action.

Koin55 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member with or without prior notice if:

• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, koin55 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that violate those terms.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions
